Refund policy
I am an artist and a small business owner. All purchases are considered final with no returns. Having said that, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a concern, reach out within 14 days of purchase and let me know. We will work together to come up with a solution. We can often arrange for an exchange if the piece is in its original condition and is brought or shipped to me within 14 days. In these situations where an exchange is allowed, the customer is responsible for shipping of the return and exchanged piece.
I stand behind my work. Please refer to the website for the proper care for your jewelry. I am happy to repair pieces that have suffered damage due to an issue with original fabrication. In the case of improper care, I will need to charge a fee for the repair and shipping back to you.
